NATURAL REMEDIES
HOW I MANAGED THESE WITHOUT MEDICATION NATURALLY
EAR INFECTIONS
Infrared heat lamp 3% food grade H2O2 dropped into the ear and let bubble for 5 minutes then the other ear.
SINUS INFECTION
Shine a infrared heat lamp on the sinuses so you can feel the heat for 5 minutes every two hours until the pain subsides. Be carful not to burn your skin!
COLD
With the first symptoms immediately use these natural remedies. I also use them preventatively especially the sinus spray. Drop 3% food grade H2O2 into your ear and let bubble for 5 minutes then the other ear. Shine the infrared heat lamp onto your sinuses for 5 minutes every two hours. North American oreganol drops for under the tongue or sinus spray. Hydration, Rest (yes no sport, enough sleep!)
SORE THROAT
You can use the H2O2 method (see above) and gargle with two drops of iodine added to a glass of water 200ml. Or gargle with salt water 1/2 tsp added to 200ml of water.
CAUGH
Bring filtered water to a boil on high heat. Remove from the heat and add 4 drops of oregano and at a distance of 1 foot carefully inhale the steam. You can put a kitchen towel over your head to catch the steam. Be very careful so you don’t get burned and make sure you are not to close to the hot steam.
SMALL OPEN WOUNDS
Clean the wound with alcohol pad or filtered water. Using a gauze or cotton ball pad lugs solution onto the wound to desinfect (this will burn and may not be ideal for little children) if possible leave the wound open to dry and heal naturally. If the wound will be exposed to dirt or clothing cover it with band aid but try remove the band aid to leave it open to dry overnight.
HEADACHES
I was very stubborn and managed all of my even severe headaches (some lasted several days for the first couple of years of my healing journey) in a dark room with hydration only. I totally understand that this is not for everybody. Using western medication to ease the suffering can be helpful but although the pain might be gone the toxins that are causing the headache still need to be able to leave the body I still recommend rest and hydration although you feel better.
